The testing office is at 3509 Hulen Street, Suite 208, Fort Worth, Texas 76107 

Parking is available at the back of the building; the entrance is also at the back of the building. 

Enter the building marked I; there is a ramp to the entrance door. 

Suite 208 is on the 2nd floor. Enter the office and I will meet you in the waiting room directly to your left. 

You do not need to arrive early for your appointment. In order to maintain privacy for other individuals, please do not enter the office more than 15 minutes before your appointment time.
